GSCF Model
The GSCF Model is the supply chain model introduced by the Global Supply Chain Forum. It is a systematic network consisting of eight essential elements of business. This model is used to analyze the management of customer relations, customer service, manufacturing, fulfillment of orders, demand, supplier relationship, product development, and returns. This model for supply chain management is a tool for those who work in logistics, production, distribution, economics, research, and marketing. Each of the eight business processes is vital to the success of the system, however the most important aspects within the operation of the supply chain remain management of both customer and supplier relations.
